A 108-unit creative apartment community across five buildings in the Columbus Park neighborhood, blending market-rate and affordable housing. Amenities include a collaboration center, creative studios, gallery space, demonstration kitchen, and community garden. 100% occupied since opening in 2017.
Y Lofts
The adaptive reuse of the historic 1913 downtown YMCA building into affordable housing. The three-story building, placed on the National Historic Register, was saved from structural disrepair and transformed into loft apartments. 2024 Kansas Historic Preservation Award winner. 100% occupied.
Villa View Apartments
A 50-unit mixed-income apartment project developed in partnership with Guadalupe Centers, Inc., located on the Guadalupe Centers campus. The project features enhanced resident services including workforce development, senior services, childcare, and social services.
The Ascent
A proposed 144-unit new construction multifamily development in the Health Sciences District at Hospital Hill, awarded following a City RFP. The project addresses a critical housing gap — with approximately 50,000 employees within a one-mile radius and only 1% living in the district. Studio, one-, and two-bedroom units targeting 60%–120% AMI.
