Mr. Hrabe has over thirty years of experience with construction, real estate development and urban planning related projects. Having focused on housing economics and real estate, his insight into the housing market combined with his knowledge of development and construction further strengthens his capacity. As a Master's level Urban Planner with a concentrated effort on housing and real estate development, Kelley has focused his career on issues relating to affordable and market rate housing development.
Kelley has considerable experience financing projects with 9% and 4% Affordable Housing Tax Credits (Federal and State), Historic Tax Credits, Section 45L Tax Credits, Tax Increment Financing, Tax Exempt Bonds, Fannie/Freddie Agency Debt, HOME, AHP/FHLB, and conventional financing options.
Andrew brings over twenty years of experience across business development, real estate, and community-centered investment to Riverstone. After building a career in business development throughout the energy and solar sectors, he transitioned into real estate, where he has closed more than $28 million in transactions and earned a reputation for sourcing the complex, off-market, and value-add opportunities that others overlook. His work spans brokerage, property management, acquisitions, and hands-on construction project management, giving him a full-lifecycle understanding of how deals actually come together on the ground.
